Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes — zonearrows.com.au is set up for both Australia and New Zealand. NZ shipping and duties are calculated at checkout.
How do I choose the right spine?
Start with the spine chart above, matched to your draw weight, draw length and point weight. If you're between spines or switching brands, contact us — matching archers to the right shaft is what we do.
Can I mix spines in a dozen?
On selected first-run releases (like Speed X 3.2 First Run) you can choose two spine options in your first dozen — ideal when you're switching and want to confirm your tune.
Are Zone components compatible with other brands?
Zone shafts are compatible with standard-size components (e.g. 4.5mm out nocks on the 3.2mm platform), but Zone system components are recommended for best fit. Some third-party components may require minor fitting adjustment.
Should I cut shafts from the point end or nock end?
Always cut from the point end only. This maintains the intended spine profile — especially important on barrelled shafts.
What's your returns policy?
Unused, uncut shafts can be returned within 30 days. Cut or fletched shafts can't be returned. Full policy details will be published at launch.
